Open kitchen (5 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, freezer, electric coffee machine). Exit to the terrace. Shower/WC. Heating. Upper floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (160 cm), air conditioning. 1 room with 3 beds. 1 small room with 1 bed. Bath/WC. Panoramic view. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: one double bedroom is outside the apartment. 1 pet/ dog allowed. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the bedrooms will be available for use.

Private: property 1'500 m2 (fenced), large, well-kept garden with trees, meadow, swimming pool fenced (10 x 5 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 30.Oct.). Outdoor shower, pergola, terrace (20 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener parking at the house on the premises. Shop 3 km, railway station "Pescara" 30 km, sandy beach "Montesilvano" 25 km. Residence with electric gates.

In Il Noceto we could enjoy wonderful holidays. The quietly located house with a wide area offers everything your heart desires. Although we were guests in mid-October, we were still able to enjoy the pool. Under the pergola you could linger. There is a lot of beautiful things to see in the area. Thanks for the many tips. The landlords welcomed us very friendly with delicacies and drinks from the region. The communication worked very well in English. Our absolute highlight was the large screened pool. Overall a relaxing vacation!

Owners were very friendly and helpful and always available. The only negative point goes to Interchalet, there was no further information about the house or more precise equipment. There was no information on the phone and no answer via email! Interchalet.de still has a lot of room for improvement here. Otherwise everything great.

We felt more than comfortable in this country-typical and very lovingly furnished house for 14 days. The house, the garden and the pool area were very well maintained, there is enough space for everyone and nothing was missing. In addition, we have rarely been received by such nice and helpful landlords. The house is a bit out of the way and you always have to take some driving time, but you can enjoy absolute peace and quiet. We recommend the accommodation unreservedly.

I stayed in this splendid Villa nestled in the Abruzzo hills with my family. The entire property is very large, fenced, closed by gates that offer security for young and old. The villa is beautiful, complete with every comfort. Very large living area with built-in kitchen. Comfortable rooms with air conditioning. Super-equipped swimming pool with loungers and whirlpool. Special mention to GL and his family who welcomed us with great courtesy and availability. Thank you

The Il Noceto house has exceeded all our expectations. All very clean and with lots of attention to detail. Wonderful and super-equipped swimming pool, very large and welcoming house. Excellent location between the mountains and the sea as well as a beautiful hilly landscape. The owner and his family made us feel at home and gave us a lot of advice on restaurants and locations in the surrounding area. A host to which we will return very gladly. The facility is gorgeous. It is hard to describe how much we liked the beautiful house, the great pool, the wonderful terrace, etc. Everything was just right. As already described by others, a very nice welcome awaited us, as well as red wine and a cold beer. We were 2 families with 4 children and the children (and therefore also the adults) felt very comfortable here. We will be back definitely.

The house and the property is a dream. Here you can feel comfortable. You can see and feel that the landlord has prepared the property with a lot of love and detail and that it is also well maintained. This was our second time there and we'd love to come back.
