We were in this dream house for the second time. Everything you need is there. Having breakfast on the terrace in the morning with a view of the mountains, the beautiful pool, the lovingly furnished rooms, the pool is cleaned discreetly every week, so all-round perfect. You can wash your laundry in the separate room downstairs, the bathrooms are nice, the large TV top, nothing to complain about. Key handover at interhome nice and uncomplicated.

Overall we enjoyed it very much. Comfortable beds and a well-equipped kitchen. The kitchen cabinets are a bit tedious to use and look rather unsavory when you touch them. The wifi is pretty bad and loaa slow. Otherwise nice house. Unfortunately, the towels, a sheet and the garbage bags were missing on arrival.

The house is in Benitatxell, not as stated in the description in Jávea. It is a neighboring town. It is located in a quiet neighborhood, among other houses, in the first line of buildings. The location ensures silence, except for the herds of goats and sheep passing at a certain distance in the morning and in the evening. The house is well kept and clean. Comfortable kitchen connected to the living room. The garden, swimming pool and terrace invite you to relax. The charcoal grill shown in the photos is out of use.

We enjoyed this house very much. Quietly located at the end of a small path in the middle of the fields, but with a very nice view and only a few kilometers from El Arenal. We immediately felt very comfortable in this house. It is modern and functional. Nothing is missing. A small downside. In the absence of the owners, the person who takes care of the swimming pool had neglected the maintenance. My husband reported this to the agency and the next day the pool was cleaned properly.

We have been renting a Villa every summer for several years through Intehome and this Villa perfectly meets our expectations. It is located less than 15 minutes by car from the center / beach of Javea in a quiet and peaceful area. The AP7 motorway is also 15 minutes away. It has a covered parking space (sedan size). The interior equipment is rich (TV in each room, Italian shower, American fridge ...) and the general atmosphere of the interior is flattering. The villa is equipped with a Gas barbecue and a charcoal barbecue. To our surprise, outdoor games (table football, pétanque ...) as well as for the swimming pool (ball, various buoys ...) are available. Ditto inside, some board games are present. The view is magnificent (certainly without the sea but not overlooked).
