Tucked away on busy Carrer Sant Pau street, this home is conveniently close to famous bars and cabaret venues. This is a lively neighbourhood and the streets are dotted with hip design shops and alternative street art. Whilst the decor of this home may feel a little dated, it still has plenty of strengths. The modern kitchen is social, well-equipped and inviting. And the little balcony has enough room for two to sip on a glass of Spanish wine in the evening.
Home truths: *This home is close to an area with a loud vibrant nightlife, so it might not be the best option for light sleepers
*The design throughout is not coherent, those looking for something that's expertly put together and visually inspiring should look elsewhere
*We're admittedly quite a picky bunch but the bedding throughout is not as luxurious as we would want it to be
*One of the bathrooms suffers from some noticeable signs of humidity
*As some of the bedroom windows face interior walls, they suffer from a lack of natural light
*The buildings entrance and communal areas are not well maintained
