Corner Cottage is a lovely cottage situated in the village of Broad Haven, just six miles from Haverfordwest in Pembrokeshire. The mostly ground floor cottage can sleep four people in one double bedroom and one twin and also has a family bathroom. Also in the cottage is an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburner, along with a mezzanine sitting area and children's room. Outside is off road parking for two cars and a private enclosed lawned garden with patio and furniture. Corner Cottage is a delightful cottage from which to explore this lovely part of the country.

Accomodation Details
Mostly ground floor. Two bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x twin. Bathroom with small bath, shower over, basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. First floor mezzanine sitting area (seats 3) and children’s room (seats 2 with beanbags).

Area
Set on the superb Pembrokeshire Coast, this seaside village boasts a wonderful sandy Blue Flag beach that is perfect for swimming, boating and surfing during warmer months, and ideal for invigorating, scenic walks on cooler windy days. This small seaside village offers a variety of local shops, including a shop and Post Office located just along the seafront, and there is also a selection of bars and pubs, as well as a bistro serving delicious food. Just along the coast you will find a quirky restaurant at Druidstone and an array of quaint little tea rooms, shops and pubs in Little Haven. Enjoy the picturesque views from the world-famous Pembrokeshire Coast Path, or chose countryside walks and cycling paths that cut through the rural landscape. Drive around Pembrokeshire and discover the magnificent St David’s Cathedral in the smallest city in Wales, explore an array of castles, and a wide selection of theme parks and other enticing attractions. This is the perfect location for all ages, all year round.

Private enclosed lawned garden with raised decked patio and furniture. Shared lawn with furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop, pub, surf shop and beach 3 mins walk. Note: There are three steps up to the patio from the lawned garden and two steps down to the patio from the sitting area. Note: Open tread stairs with stairgate top and bottom leading to mezzanine reading area and children’s room, care to be taken. Note: Due to building regulations, the children's room should not be used for sleeping in.

We enjoyed our stay at Corner Cottage and the location was ideal for our needs.. Space was limited in the bedroom with the double bed and, as expected, the bath was rather small - these are small matters and in general we were very comfortable throughout our stay. We were careless enough to leave our bag of washing but the owner was very helpful in facilitating its return. Becky, the cleaner, was outstanding: at the first opportunity she parcelled and posted our washing and was very pleasant during our exchange of messages - she is also an outstandingly good cleaner! We would love to return to one of the cottages and would recommend our cottage to friends

Location great for coast walks and beach.. Cottage was fine but was not wholly clean. E.g. cutlery plates were dirty so we just washed before use. Fridge had bits in and freezer ice looked dodgy. But beds were comfortable and local info pamphlets etc. good. Outside was fine but bench was very weathered so not really nice to sit on. But overall ok for a short break and ok value wise.

The cottage was well equipped and spotlessly clean.. Instructions (including those specific to Covid-19 procedures) were clear and concise, but also friendly. We also greatly appreciated the little extras (milk in the fridge on arrival etc). Overall we had a great weekend (despite the weather), and we will definitely be coming back.

Lovely comfortable cottage well equipped but could do with a food cupboard there is a lot to cook with but nowhere to store food except fridge and freezer it also says on web site fire wood free but there is a tin for second basket of wood asking for five pounds each time you fill it up this needs to be on web.. We had a lovely week.

We were really taken by the effort and detail, and the comprehensive facilities and equipment in the home.. Would have been nice to have wifi/internet - but then again, nice to be without too :). Plenty of TV channels. Book of walks nice touch - recommend the 3.5/4 mile walk north through woods, extended to 'The Druidstone' hotel for lunch, returning via coastal path, . Enjoyed trips out by car to St Ann's Head, Presili Hills/Mountains, Milford Haven (for panto at theatre), Haverford West and Pembroke. 'Ocean' cafe in village good value and great food.

Cottage lovely and in a beautiful setting.. Cottage well designed and stocked with all you could possibly need. Lovely addition of the attic space for teenager to chill. Games and DVDs very welcome. Garden space both private and communal great. Beach as suggested just 3 minutes walk. Very nice. Village of Broadhaven lovely as was surrounding area. Would definitely recommend and hope to return ourselves.

The cottage is fantastic.. Perfect for a family of 3 plus 1 dog. The kitchen is very well equipped, beds are comfortable and bathroom a good size. 5 minute walk to beach. The enclosed garden is wonderful for dogs and the main gardens are big l, well kept and a great place to meet other residents. If the cottage had WiFi and clearer TV instructions it would get a 10. But can't really complain as we spent a lot of time outdoors.

The cottage was absolutely ideal for us (two adults, one small child and a dog) and we had a great holiday.. For both dog and toddler, the enclosed back garden was a huge bonus, and we were able to sit outside on the sheltered, sunny terrace for meals on most days. The kitchen was surprisingly well equipped and all the rooms were comfortable and homely; having a proper bath (with excellent shower) was also very welcome. Being five minutes walk away from the beautiful sandy beach at Broad Haven was fantastic for our three year old, as was the children's play area in the loft space. We are already talking about coming back next year!

The cottage has got everything you would require during your stay.. For us with our dog the enclosed garden was a real bonus. The location is excellent, with a great beach a couple of hundred metres walk away, a woodland walk to the back of the property, and coastal paths that seem to go on forever. The sea front has pubs and restaurants, and with Little Haven just a mile away, there’s more choices to be had in a very quaint location. We found most of the pubs and restaurants in the area to be dog friendly. Overall a very relaxing time which was helped by the fantastic weather all week.

Had a lovely stay at corner cottage.. Weather wasn't brilliant but the log fire made up for it. Cottage was lovely & warm & cosy, only a 2 minute walk 2 shops etc. Would well recommend it.

This is a lovely, well equipped cottage with clear instructions with regard to heating, hot water etc.. Just a pity there's no wi-fi available as some of us do have to keep in touch with e-mails etc whilst we are away.

Lovely cosy cottage, good central heating system and the log burner was great (we went in March).. Nice sea view from lounge window, very pretty courtyard. Had everything we needed. Ideal for a quiet, relaxing break.

Perfect location.. Well equipped cottage. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would like to book again for next year. No phone or WiFi reception was an issue however it probably added to the holiday in the end. You don't have to go too far to get a signal and it was nice to be without it. Enclosed garden perfect for the dog. The 5 minute walk to the beautiful beach was perfect. We were all sad to leave.

This was a very comfortable cottage, the layout of the cottage was very good, the area up stairs for children is very good idea. We enjoyed the area and the cottage was situated so near to the beach that we could walk on it at least twice a day with the dog. We would like to visit the cottage again at a later date.
