Cordella is a tasteful townhouse. It is very centrally located in Santanyi. We felt very comfortable during this time (all of August). Unfortunately, there was a construction site right next door with a lot of construction noise, which the owner didn't really like, but the owner is such a lovely and sensitive person.

Very nice, with great attention to detail, restored house with very good and modern facilities. Loving, German-speaking landlords, who attach great importance to the care and cleanliness of the house, as well as the outdoor facilities. Especially nice, a welcome greeting was also provided for us as guests. Parking in the courtyard entrance, automatic gate, is with a smaller Car possible, but there are also sufficient parking spaces in front of or behind the property. Shops and the center of Santanyí are within easy walking distance. We'd love to come back.

A very well renovated house in a good location of Santanyi - 4 minutes walk to the market square, due to the layout - on the ground floor 1 bedroom and bathroom, on the upper floor 2 bedrooms and bathroom also very suitable for a family or couples! Nice courtyard with a nice pool and very nice landlady!

A very beautiful and newly designed city finca, prepared with attention to detail. We felt very comfortable there. The landlady was very nice, since there were no problems, we only saw her on arrival. There is certainly a lot of traffic in the summer, as it is a townhouse and all the bedrooms face the street it is just off a busy road. The noise and also the exhaust fumes could be a problem. That didn't bother us in the off-season. In the back of the house you don't notice it as much. But the house is centrally located, shopping and in the city in a few minutes. There is parking in the courtyard, an electric garage door, but nothing for a larger car, the entrance is very narrow and the curb is quite high. But you can park in front of the gate.
