Colterscleugh Cottage Teviothead is a lovely detached stone cottage resting next to the owner's home in Teviothead near to Hawick in Scotland. Hosting two bedrooms; a king-size and a triple room holding three singles, along with a bathroom, this property can sleep up to five guests. There is also a kitchen/diner, and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. Outside there is a patio with seating and a garden which runs down to the river, while off-road parking is available for two cars. Colterscleugh Cottage Teviothead is a peaceful property offering a wonderful spot to relax in after you explore the Scottish Borders.

Hawick is a town in the Scottish Borders, steeped in history and still providing a booming knitwear industry, this settlement offers a great spot to explore. The town's history has been traced back to the 12th century and can be further investigated in the Hawick Museum and Scott Gallery. Many shops boast a fine selection of knitwear for which the town is internationally famous for, so there's lots of opportunities for buying souvenirs that will keep you warm. Host to shops, pubs and restaurants too, Hawick is a delightful town.
