The cottage can sleep 4 people in a double and a twin bedroom, both with en suites.The rest of the cottage is made up of an open plan living area with high ceilings and traditional wooden beams, a fitted kitchen, a dining area and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. To the outside of the cottage is off road parking for 1-2 cars and a terrace with garden furniture and a BBQ.

It is located just 2 miles from the popular sailing town of Salcombe, with an array of popular shops and restaurants. Boasting a beautiful, scenic coastline, Salcombe is ideal for enjoying sailing, watersports, coastal walking or for simply soaking up the sunshine. Observe the plentiful wildlife in the area, including the clifftop area of Bolberry Down, visit several country houses and gardens close by or explore the nearby market town of Kingsbridge. Alternatively, drive to the National Park at Dartmoor, just 15 miles away. A perfect holiday location, with much to see and do.
