• Entertainment – TV and CD in living room. Wifi included. 
• For families – high chair available
• Outside – table & chairs. Terraced shared gardens to include lawn area and also woodland and stream.
• Parking – two private parking spaces.
• General – bed linen, towels and hairdryer provided. Heating and electricity included. Logs available at extra charge. Welcome pack includes tea, coffee, sugar and milk.
• Pets – one pet.
• Guests may use the leisure facilities at the nearby Waterloo Hotel free of charge.
