The apartment is comfortable and well located for enjoying the beach and the complex's pool. The furniture, aside from being outdated, is already quite worn and should be replaced. The air conditioning and five ceiling fans are perfect. The biggest drawback is having to pick up the keys from the office in Dénia. A little overpriced, but overall good.

The apartment itself is very nice, clean upon arrival, and communication with the agency was perfect. Any issues that arose were resolved quickly and without any problems. The apartment's location is great, close to the beach. The only negative thing I'd say about the apartment is that the kitchen has just enough, perhaps even very little. The furnishings in the rest of the apartment are a bit neglected, poorly maintained, and somewhat outdated (for example, all the doors squeaked).

To be "Completely Comfortable" you would only need to equip the living room with a sofa on which you can be "Completely Comfortable"

The area is very beautiful and well-kept, very clean beach and easy to reach on foot. For a quick drink, there is a beach bar with a DJ and live music. A supermarket, pharmacy and restaurants are all within easy reach. The terrace is very large, so the children have plenty of space to play. Highly recommended for people who need a break. A contact person was always available via WhatsApp. Top, I don't think it could get any better
