Cloverwell is a lovely little cottage annexe situated just outside the village of Woodleigh near to the towns of Salcombe and Kingsbridge in Devon. The cottage can sleep 2 people in a double bedroom as well as a familyshower room. The rest of the cottage is made up of an open plan living area with a fitted kitchen, a dining and sitting area. To the outside of the cottage is off road parking for 1 car and a lawned garden to the rear with furniture and a BBQ. Cloverwell is perfect for couples looking to explore Devon with their furry friend. Note: There is a pet supplement of £25.

Surrounded by beautiful rolling countryside and woodland, the idyllic village of Woodeleigh is perfect for those wishing to escape from it all. Within walking distance is the popular Avon Mill Garden Centre, with a number of interesting shops, a gallery and a bustling café/restaurant serving cream teas and a variety of delicious dishes. For those wishing to sample the local Ales, the village of Loddiswell with a traditional pub, the Loddiswell Inn, is a short 5-10 minutes’ drive away. Visitors can enjoy tranquil woodland walks along the banks of the River Avon. The pretty village of Woodleigh is within a few miles of Kingsbridge and Salcombe, and just a 15-20 minute drive to Bigbury Bay and Bantham beach. The stunning landscapes of Dartmoor National Park are also within easy reach.
