In the house: lift. Stepped path (5 steps) to the house. Roofed, parking. Supermarket 200 m, restaurant 100 m, railway station "Caldes d'Estrac" 1.5 km, sandy beach 50 m. As soon as you arrive you enter the elevator shaft and it seems to be back to 1900. Small stairs, peeling walls, certainly uninviting. The apartment is nice but the bathroom smells like sewage and the master bedroom smells like mold. The twin bedroom is uncomfortable, old mattresses. Normal kitchen and living room. The view is beautiful and the parking space is useful. The cleaning ladies are very good and kind.

The apartment is well located on the beach. Not having an awning on the terrace means that you cannot enjoy the terrace during the sunny hours. Very old terrace furniture. You would have to put a dishwasher today is a basic appliance. The people in charge of the keys were very friendly and we were able to enjoy the apartment until 7pm on the last day since no one came in behind us until the next day.

this apartment is very well located in a pleasant residence. Unfortunately it is poorly equipped both in the kitchen (we had to buy a peeler and a drainer ...) and in the terrace (lack of protection against the sun making the terrace unusable with the sun), no towel beach, old and dirty broom etc ...

Great location right on the beach and great pool with shade from palm trees and trees point family complex with mainly owners it seems to me. between the house and the beach there is only a little road with little traffic. Supermarket can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. Barcelona city center in 30 minutes Blanes Costa Brava bays can also be reached in 30 minutes by car. Simple but perfectly adequate xxx furniture, only the double mattress was too soft for me. The two large rooms can be completely darkened and the living room and one of the large bedrooms are directly air-conditioned.

Nice apartment facing the sea. As we would like to return, that is why I point out the negative things: - The doors rub against the parquet a lot, which makes them very noisy and difficult to open. - The wooden cabinets rub a lot so it is also very difficult to open them and place things in them. - Poor soundproofing of the room behind with the train, the window does not close properly (blind pending to be fixed) - The gas from the boiler, every night, as the wind changes direction and the gas outlet is poorly adapted to the old , enters the kitchen and living room and smells of gas, with the consequent danger. During our stay an expert had to come. - There is no opacity of light in the single room. - The double bed is 140cm and the web does not put it. - The website says that there is a ceramic hob and what there is are a stove - The vertical cupboard in the living room is not anchored to the wall and is dangerous for children We appreciate the kindness of the people of the agency, as well as the person in charge of cleaning, the facility for the crib, barrier, high chair.
