Beautiful cottage, one the nicest we have ever stayed in, in over 20 years of self catering. The owners are great, really welcoming and helpful, we felt at home straight away. We are booking to come back Xmas 2022.

My husband our little dog Buddy and I had a delightful week at Clearview. The Cottage was inviting, quirky , comfortable, warm with lots of hot water and charm . It felt like home from home . Waking up everyday to the sheep in the field whilst you ate your breakfast was amazing. This cottage is superbly located in the heart of Dartmoor, with the village pub less than a minutes walk away. Pip and Hugh were wonderful hosts and nothing was too much to ask for. We cannot wait to visit again.

Fantastic week in a friendly and historic village. Cottage was exceptionally clean and loads of hot water, the heating was very effective. The log burner was great too. The views as you laid in bed were to die for. The kitchen was well stocked with pans and utensils. Was awesome to cook a full English and eat in the sun room watching the sheep in the field and then look further to Dartmoor. The Castle Inn did a great takeout . Looked lovely but due to Covid we only used the garden one afternoon for drinks after a walk round the castle and a nice dog walk. The owners Hugh and Pip introduced themselves and was very much appreciated. Highly recommended
