Property Description

The property is a short drive away from the market town of Narberth, which itself is a delightful town with a plethora of independent shops, restaurants, pubs, museum and a gallery. It is a short drive to both Tenby and Saundersfoot, two excellent seaside resorts, where boat trips and water sports are available during the holiday season. Well placed for visiting the many visitor attractions such as Oakwood Theme Park, Blue Lagoon Waterpark, Folly Farm and Heatherton. Historic castles at every turn, with Narberth Castle are just a short distance away. All in all, an excellent base to enjoy all the sights and sounds of the UKs only coastal national park. On entering this quaint, traditional detached cottage, through the welcoming door you will find yourself in the open plan kitchen/lounge/diner. The lounge is traditionally furnished with a warming wood burner for those chilly winter nights. This cosy and comfortable space is ideal to relax and unwind in with a good book and perhaps even a glass of wine in front of the TV after a busy day exploring all Pembrokeshire has to offer, the sofa even doubles as a sofa bed. The kitchen/diner is well equipped to prepare an evening meal with electric oven and hob, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. Heading from the lounge, and up one step, it will lead you to the pretty double bedroom with four poster bed, the room has lots of finishing touches, you will also find a further door located in the hallway leading to the front patio area. To complete this cottage is the bathroom with shower over bath and WC. All in all, a very spacious cottage for a couple looking to get away and enjoy the peace and quiet yet being close to an array of town and attractions any time of the year. Outside there is an enclosed front patio with garden furniture, a lovely space to enjoy some al fresco dining and a morning coffee. There is off road parking for one cars alongside the cottage.
