The cottage was much smaller than the photos suggested - so I feel we were misled by your marketing.. Not a nice feeling. The outside bin was full and the bench at the front of the property was filthy. The toilet opened out into the kitchen - is this even legal? Certainly not nice to be eating while someone is in the toilet. The kitchen equipment was very lacking ; one of the glasses was cracked, there were no champagne flutes, there was no cafetiere, there was no wok, there were no proper dinner plates, just small plates and there appeared to be a leak under the sink. All the kitchen equipment, crockery, pots and pans appeared to be a little old and tired. There was no toaster! There were out of date bottles and jars or food in the cupboards, it didn't feel very professional. On a positive note, the bedroom was very nice. The blinds were excellent.
