Apartment was very spacious, fully furnished and super clean. The location is fantastic, stunning views over the Tuscan hills with San Gimignano in the distance. Swimming pool is beautiful and is fantastic. 5 km from the highway Firenze-Siena, so a good base for beautiful day trips. Firenze 1 hour away, Siena half an hour and Lucca 1.5 hours. San Gimignano half an hour. It produces its own wine and olive oil, so be sure to buy some!

The accommodation is a beautiful, typical Tuscan farm with several apartments. The apartments are nicely furnished and everything you need is there. The large pool is also great for relaxing. In a few minutes you are in the village with many restaurants and a small supermarket.

Lack of privacy, the villa marketed by Interhome is part of a larger complex. The equipment is quite spartan: no furniture to put things in the bathroom, very small fridge. Cleaning billed but done in a hurry: socks, bathing suit found under the blanket in a wardrobe or at the bottom of a drawer. Lack of shaded places around the swimming pool (the olive trees are not pruned to lie under). Some other tenants were not very respectful of common furniture and/or everyone's privacy. There should be a presence there. Wifi only in front of reception, which makes it difficult to plan visits or book tickets, especially when everyone is there at the same time and the benches have disappeared. Very friendly welcoming girl. Barberino remains one of our favorite villages, location of the apartment very well to reach highways very easily.
