There is also a family bathroom. On the ground-floor is a kitchen, dining room, sun room and a cloakroom. The lower-ground-floor comprises of the sitting room and games room with pool table, as well as a cloakroom. Outside there is a split-level lawned garden and ample off road parking. Chesters is a fantastic base for families to be enjoyed, all year round.
Area The market town of Dumfries is set within the Dumfries and Galloway area of Southern Scotland. Traditionally the county town and the former royal burgh, the town is regarded as the Queen of the South. The town offers a lively atmosphere with much to see and do, attracting visitors from the surrounding areas. With the A75 nearby, the location is excellent for exploring the coastline with its sandy beaches and rocky inlets.
