For us, as a family, very centrally located. Not enough bowls in the kitchen. Knives in the kitchen and cutlery out of focus. Can opener impossible. Upholstery totally worn out, way too deep. You can hardly get out of the seats. For slightly older people like me, I always needed help getting up. Not enough light in the dining-living area.

Very central, morning via gondola or train station to the slopes, everything can be reached on skis until the end of the gondola, in the evening downhill to the chalet. 3kl. bedroom, with two bathrooms directly in the room with one bathroom outside. Large living room with dining table and lots of sofas. Pretty small kitchen but has everything you need. The only thing to complain about is that the heating was set too warm and it was rather warm. But that can be different every time. Everything was great

Spatially very good apartment overall (sleeping/not sleeping. The apartment was overheated, the kitchen is small and shabby, and one room door (1st room on the left) does not close. Value for money is not quite right - despite the great location. We would still come back, as grandparents with a young family with two small children.

Have been here on holiday for 4 years with 4 adults. Are very happy with the location. As passionate hobby cooks, we come across with the somewhat small dimensioned. Kitchen something to our limits. For 1 week vacation however OK. I would be happy about a slightly larger saucepan for cooking spaghetti next year.

Rating 10 is not justified. The apartment is big but the inventory is old. Two drawers in the kitchen are broken, the stove tops don't get warm for a long time. The upholstery is tattered and uncomfortable and there are stains under the bed pillowcases. The smell of cheese in the house is annoying. The price we paid of CHF 454/day is excessive and unfair. At Interhome in Wengen, the apartment is offered for CHF 28/person and day, i.e. max. CHF 280/day for 10 people.

Good location in the village, all facilities including shops, restaurants/bars and train/cable car can be reached within 5 minutes walking. Nice mountain and villages view from balcony. Apartment is spacious and well planned with good separation between living and sleeping sections. Kitchen is well equipped including sharpe knifes and nespreso machine. High speed internet was appreciated among the teenagers in the family. We can strongly recommend this apartment both for winter and summer stay.

The Chalet is very nice, surrounding view is excellent, by opening the bedroom window,we could see nice Mountain view. We checked in late and the Chalet is left opened and Keys is put on table. We surely will book it once we come back.

We have known Wengen for 40 years and of course also the Chäs Gruebi. It was all the nicer to be able to rent an apartment in this house. Super furnished, enough space, great the 3 bathrooms. Great for the kids; the children's ski school right in front of the house. Only maybe the balcony door should be fixed, it gets stuck and it pulls in. The seals on the individual taps should also be renewed, you can hardly open them. But otherwise, perfect, again and again.

A very well located apartment. Fantastic views all around.Very spacious lounge and dining area and good sized bedrooms. The apartment is let down by the quality of the kitchen equipment/implements - all rather old and in need of replacing.

This apartment was an ideal home for ourselves, two of our children and their families. The children loved the pink beds and the accommodation is designed such that parents can have a more peaceful night's sleep. The kitchen is small but well designed and more than adequate for the production of a family meal for 8. We even produced an excellent fondue with two burners and pans provided. The balcony spans the whole front of the house and is an idyllic place to admire the view and watch the world go by. The cheese from the shop below was superb. I recommend the Greyerzer Wurzig for flavour and for softer cheese, the Wengenalp mutchli. The xxx is literally next door and although a little expensive, it was the best Indian I had ever tasted and others in the party agreed. The food was ready for 6 people in 30 minutes as a takeaway. If you have young children with you as we did, the playground is 2 minutes away and a great hit. The only comment would be that a slightly larger kettle would be appreciated for the number of people staying.
