The famous tall ships can be seen here, while the village has also appeared in several films and TV programmes. St Austell, the largest town in Cornwall, is just a few miles away, with a larger selection of shops, restaurants and cafes. The cottage is also the perfect base for exploring Cornwall, with attractions such as the Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan just a short drive away.
