Mattresses were worn, pillows and duvets were not clean. Double bed creaked enormously and some slats of the bed base were broken. We had to leave the house clean, but apart from a (proper) vacuum cleaner, there was virtually no cleaning equipment or cleaning product available. On arrival also some ambiguity about where to sign up. We didn't get a tour on arrival, but the guests did the next day. Deposit was only cash, so costs to collect money too.

Great view of Telfs, the Inn Valley and the surrounding mountains. Unfortunately, no guest card as a rule, but after a complaint we were given it as an exception. We found it a bit strange that the electricity consumption was also billed according to kWh.
