What a view! Sagrada Familia from one bedroom windows. Great central location close to metro, loads of cafes/bars and if you like upscale shopping, you'll be in heaven. Beds were comfortable and floor fans worked great to keep the space cool at night. Check in/out was easy. Appreciated the washer/dryer, was able to buy detergent at a nearby store.

The accommodation's location is excellent and central; the area is extremely safe and well-connected to public transportation. The property is as pictured, accessible, and well-equipped. The staff is courteous and punctual. This location is perfect for those who want to visit the city but also enjoy some relaxation.

Great location for seeing the sights and shopping. Well equipped kitchen/ living room. One good size bedroom, the other a bit cramped but works, Bathroom was very good for it´s size. Would definitely use it again. Good for a couple or even four friends willing to share. Stairs at the top were a bit difficult so no big suitcases.

A neat apartment, very practical use of the available space. The building is also beautiful with an amazing terrace on the roof. What makes this object really top is the top location; diagonally opposite Casa Batlo and 5 minutes walk from La Pedrera. Restaurants and bakeries around the corner. Metro and bus stops in front of the door. And despite the liveliness directly in front of the complex, you hear almost nothing once inside. So also for families with small children a great location.

One of the rooms was not one but the continuation of the balcony converted into a room where it is very cold The second room was very poorly soundproofed since we could hear the elevator going up or down every time. In addition, the friendliness of the hostess who received us leaves something to be desired since we had a very bad experience with her! She gave us the keys while yelling at us like fish because we arrived too late according to her our flight was delayed and we warned her

This top floor flat is right in the middle of the busy retail district with shops, bars and restaurants on your doorstep. The flat has all the amenaties that you need and is well planned out for a small space. The siding doors are effective but not as provate as standard ones. Being at the top of the building means you expect to get noise from adjacent flats, a/c machnies and lifts. It is 6th floor with a lift to 5th so fine for adults but more of a challenge with kids / older people

The location of the apartment is excellent for visiting Barcelona. M. was always very attentive to our needs. The apartment is very comfortable and the bathroom is very large. Highly recommended!!!

Positive point: excellent location Negative points: - apartment very dark and noisy (elevator machinery, ventilation) - shower leaks in the bathroom - toilet bowl broken and not repaired before our arrival - a few faulty or poorly fixed spotlights - poor insulation of the bedroom on the balcony (cold air passes through the night) - smell of cigarettes as soon as you open the window of the bedroom on the run - generally correct but dryer filters not empty
