Arrived at the house to find it clean and welcoming with instructions for everything we may use. The home is well equipped and has a log burner which we lit on our first night. The beds are very comfortable with Egyptian cotton bedding. The kitchen has all the pots, pans and utensils that you will need to cook for a family. The only critique we have is that a 2 seater sofa should replace the arm chair as the house sleeps 5 however there aren’t 5 seats unless someone sits at the dining table. The location is fabulous next to the River in a stunning village and just minutes from Criccieth. Overall a lovely house and we will be booking to go back again.

Visited the Criccieth area with our three children. Wonderful old fashioned holiday fun, rockpooling, building sandcastles, picnics and hot chocolate with Welsh cakes. Accommodation perfect for our family, cosy and homely with everything we could have needed. Kitchen v well equipped, beds super comfy and the garden just perfect for a glass of wine as the sun was going down, we will definitely visit again!
