Celyn Farm Cottage is a cosy semi-detached cottage in beautiful countryside near to Deiniolen and close to Llanberis in North wales. The cottage sleeps two people in a double bedroom in the crog loft. On the ground floor is a shower room and an open plan living area with a kitchen and a sitting area with a woodburning stove. Outside is a courtyard with furniture and off road parking. Close to Mount Snowdon and just a short distance from the North Wales coast, Celyn Farm Cottage is a delightful romantic retreat in a stunning location.

Mostly ground floor. First floor crog loft double bedroom. Shower room with shower, basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove.

Area
Deiniolen is a small hamlet 6 miles from the coastal town of Caernarfon, with its 13th Century castle, town walls and attractive waterfront. This area is a good base for the Welsh Highland Railway, the beaches of Anglesey and the Lleyn Peninsula, not to mention the fantastic landscapes and activities of the Snowdonia National Park.

Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

very welcoming owners. The cottage was quaint,warm,extremely clean and due to covid 19 very comprensive instructions were left for us. Well worth a visit to get away from all the worries this year has brought us! All the facilities were there ready to use,cooker, microwave,shower it's all we needed to relax and enjoy the wonderful scenery and surroundings! Perfect week away. Thank you.

We stayed for 3 nights in this lovely cottage near Llanberis. The cottage really is just for 2 people, or maybe with a crib a small child as well. It has a fully utilized kitchen and bathroom. The owners of the white house next door (who also have a spare key for the cottage) are extremely friendly. Whether you want to go hike in Snowdon, visit some of the to s of castles in the area and just not want to be in any of the towns, then this is the place to be. An absolutely wonderful hidden gem!

Very nice cottage! Friendly owners. Woodfireplace, Kitchen with toaster, fridge/freezer, cookingequipmnt, bathroom with towels, tv, smart loft with queensize bed. To keep environment in thoughts, it is requested to keep recycleable waste separate, good thinking! Stayed for 3 days could very well stay longer!

This is our second consecutive year at Celyn Farm Cottage and we were welcomed back warmly by the hosts like old friends.. The fire was lit prior to our arrival and there were fresh flowers and Welsh Cakes waiting for us. The cottage is always so clean and tidy, plenty of wood for the log burner which heats the entire place very efficiently. The peace and quiet is beautiful, as are the surroundings, a great location to be based when exploring and falling in love with Snowdonia and surrounding coastal towns. It really is a slice of perfection. If you work hard, have busy lives and need to switch off, this is definitely the place to do that. We only wish our time here was a bit longer. We will 100% be back for our third visit next year. Thank you for a lovely time Nigel and Alice. See you soon. Steve and Ceri.

Absolutely beautiful little piece of heaven to stay in! What a cottage! What views! And the owners went above and beyond such a lovely little family to have at hand if needed. We had an amazing Christmas in this beautiful place that feels like it is in the middle of nowhere but has so much on your doorstep. Waking up to those views every morning was a real treat ! We've never visited Wales before but definitely will be going back hopefully to this amazing little cottage with views that leaves lasting memories of a wonderful Christmas, the owners have done an amazing job so comfortable,clean,and cozy!

We had a fantastic long weekend in this cosy and romantic cottage.. The location is perfect for those wanting a quiet break from the hustle and bustle of city life. The owners were very welcoming and the price even included plenty of logs and kindling for the woodburner! We will be coming back to Celyn Farm Cottage. It is now very special to us as we got engaged during our stay!

Excellent long weekend away, owners were lovely and very helpful.. Although the cottage was alongside their home we felt comfortable and secluded in our own little space for the weekend. They left welcome gifts, pots, pans and the essentials along with bedding and towels. Cottage is set down a lane that is quiet enough to make you feel like you're in the middle of nowhere, but then conveniently you find yourself only a walk from Llanberis or a drive to the many spectaculars of North Wales. The weather was grim which meant the log burner felt extra special and made for an extra cosy weekend. 100% recommend. Not a bad price either, considering the location.

The location is stunning and a great base for exploring the area, with plenty of local amenities and lots of things to see and do.. The hosts were great and very welcoming, the cottage itself a lovely converted outhouse with everything you need for a very enjoyable time away.

The cottage is excellently locates only 7 minute drive from Llanberis! The other to get to it is quite narrow but doable. We liked the remoteness and the fact that only the owner and her family lived next door. They were super friendly and helpful. Responded VERY quickly to questions and had some Welsh cakes for us when we arrived in the cottage! The cottage is perfect for a romantic getaway for two. It has absolutely everything you need, especially in th kitchen. I love cooking and I didn’t miss anything there. There’s no washing machine but we only stayed 3 nights, so it wasn’t. A problem at all. We loved it! We’re already planning to come back for a longer stay some time in the autumn. Excellent property and service. Would highly recommend it! Thanks Sykes Cottages!

The cottage was absolutely wonderful in every way.. We were welcomed by Alice who showed us around and the cottage has all anyone will need for a break in this beautiful part of Snowdonia. The property was immaculately clean and tidy and the attention to detail was noticed all around. We really did not want to leave, It was like home from home and ticked all the boxes. Alice and Nigel were very pleasant and friendly, a lovely family which added to the relaxed atmosphere. This was a joint birthday break for myself and my partner and we loved it so much that we have already booked again for next year. See you both then. 10 out of 10.

Lovely cottage, warm with the wood burner, very comfy bed and well equipped kitchen. The owners are lovely, they are welcoming and friendly whilst giving you your own space and privacy. Great location, easily accessible from A55 but also right on the doorstep of the mountains. Great views from the cottage patio. Highly recommended
