The property enjoys electric central heating with electric fire and woodburning stove. The shop and pub rest 2.6 miles away. Sorry, no pets and no smoking allowed. Please note that the garden is not enclosed and features many steps, children must be supervised at all times outside. Please be aware that there are also steps within the property, excluding the stairs to the first floor. A blissful stay in the Lake District National Park awaits at Cedar Lodge.

Grizedale Forest Park is a short drive away and offers a variety of activities such as excellent hiking, mountain biking, and the 'Go Ape' adventure park.
