Cosy, comfortable apartment block "Caseta Blanqueta". Excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 120 m from the sea, 250 m from the beach, road to cross. In the house: washing machine. Public car park. Shop, grocery 160 m, supermarket 500 m, restaurant 50 m, bar 40 m, café 50 m, pub garden 40 m, sandy beach 250 m. Sports harbour, marina, surf school, sailing school 150 m. Nearby attractions: Castillo de Dénia 400 m, Puerto de Dénia 300 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

The location was superb, and the accommodation was as good as we hoped. The area it is situated in was excellent and the local amenities very good indeed. The downside, not having outside attractive place to sit within the property

Some of the furniture should be improved or changed, which would increase the attractiveness of the property. Some utensil more suitable for the type of induction cooker is also missing. Frequent failures occur in the connection of the TV antenna

An unbeatable location five minutes walk from the beach and ten from bars, restaurants and shops. The main drawback is the mattresses, they have seen too much use, especially the one in the main room.

The apartment is very well located. Near the beach, about five minutes walk, next to the port, next to the terraces in the port area, but that does not mean that there is noise at night, on the contrary, very quiet. It is clean and well conditioned. E., a charming woman, who was the one we dealt with from the Interhome office in Denia, ready to help at all times. To put a downside, the refrigerator just chills.

This accommodation is located almost in the bustling center of Denia, is fully equipped and is neatly furnished and clean. From the house you walk past many terraces and restaurants within 10 minutes to the center where you can also visit many (tapas) restaurants. The castle of Denia can also be reached on foot. The only downside is the lack of parking spaces, but we were usually lucky and often parked right in front of the door.

The size of the rooms is good and having air conditioning in all of them allows you to regulate the temperature independently. The bathroom screen is a bit worn and the dishes are very fair. Some cooking containers were not suitable for the kitchen and they had to be renewed but there was a delay in this (48 h from the incident was reported until we went to pick up new ones as they were not brought).
