So basically the accommodation was okay. The pool is nice, the upper area is spacious. We were there with 2 dogs, the lower part was unfortunately not really fenced in because the weeds pushed the fence down. Walking the dogs there was also difficult, since on the one hand there was only one path for it, but there were regularly two dogs free in the neighborhood. Everything was getting old and a lot was broken like a high chair, entrance gate, fly screens, games etc. Well for the price

There were 9 of us there and we really enjoyed our time. Enough space, clean, simple inside but everything you need. The kitchen was a bit small, but that didn't bother us much. Hardly any other people around, so you didn't have to be too quiet. Tee pool and the table tennis table rounded off the visit. Lastly we would like to thank Guiseppe who was always available and tries to help us in everything! Very nice and uncomplicated man!

The journey was not as difficult as described in other reviews. We received a very warm welcome and everything we needed was there. Whether in the beautiful kitchen, in the two bathrooms or in the bedrooms. For the elderly it has a bedroom downstairs with a bathroom. The rest of our family slept upstairs. The kids absolutely loved their sleeping space under the roof with a view of the stars. The pool is great there is a barbecue area, table tennis, terrace

I recommend it for families with children. Beautiful surroundings around the house. Great view and awesome pool. The equipment of the house is sufficient. Downstairs bathroom in a slightly worse condition. WiFi mostly problematic connection. There is no air conditioning in the house and it is quite noticeable in the rooms under the roof. But if you are not expecting a 4* hotel, this is exactly the place for you. We will definitely go back there.

A great house with a fantastic view! Great pool, wonderful loungers, lovingly restored. Guiseppe was a great host who gave us great tips on restaurants and beaches, took great care to keep the pool clean and brought us extra baking supplies so we could make a cake. Anytime again, we felt very comfortable!

Getting used to the way to the house because of countless curves and steep streets. Crazy view. House was just right for the number of people. The lounge with the long table was great. The pool was clean, the sun loungers all around unfortunately not so. The sliding shower doors in the lower bathroom were very difficult to slide. The size of the bathrooms was great. It was also great that cots were put in without a direct request. Overall, the whole property was great and there was a lot to discover.

We were 12 people with 5 children (3 M to 6 J). Everyone liked it. The pool and the garden was the daily center in all weathers. It took about 35 minutes to get to the sea at Catholica. The landscape around Gemmano is wonderful.
