Very nice clean house with all the equipment. Quiet. Beautiful swimming pool beautiful well maintained garden. The terrace on the upper floor is superb. The least: no network, the wifi worked very poorly, no possibility of parking in the garage, cold at night two small blankets only and finally we thought to rent the whole house in fact not only the bottom. But we really had a great time. The photos we posted on the networks had their effect.

We have spent a great week in this chalet, very comfortable, with all the details, the only bad thing is the mosquitoes ...

The phenomenal house, the great pool. The only thing is the small refrigerator and the uncomfortable sofa.

Small villa with very pretty, intimate garden and private swimming pool. Ideal for a family with children, the villa is located in a very quiet environment during the day and at night. Sufficiently large bathroom. Functional kitchen, however some equipment could be improved: slightly worn stoves, few glasses or defective toaster

We have now stayed 2 x, but the house has not been modernized for ages. There is a 1960s atmosphere, there are 10 bunches of plastic flowers in grandma vases, it definitely needs to be modernized, it is no longer of this time. The Asian wooden mirror in the left bedroom smells so bad that the whole house below smells of it. Housekeeping has put down scent pots. There should definitely be a new sofa that is 50 years old and has fallen through, there is no further seating space. The sunbeds outside are ripe for the old grime you can't lie on them or you'll fall through. But we stay positive as we naturally love the beautiful neighborhood in Javea

We spent a relaxing week in the "Uschi" holiday home in Xábia. The house is located in a quiet settlement and is equipped with everything you need for a vacation. We were particularly pleased with the cleanliness - never seen in any other holiday home. The pool and the terrace were also a dream.

Villa very good for a couple without children or toddlers. Tastefully furnished, the big concern is that the second bedroom has no privacy as you have to walk through it to go to the bathroom. When we arrived there was a strong smell of perspiration on the bedding. , not pleasant at all.
