Casa sul lago Villa 2 Orta San Giulio, Piedmont

The price per night is totally overpriced for what the apartment offers. Dirty, spartan furnishings, musty, broken fittings, WiFi is promised... but unfortunately it didn't work. The location is great, the apartment is a flop, the price is ridiculous.

Great location, great view. But: the equipment is spartan, the facility is very old, the apartment wasn't really clean. No wifi, backless sofa. Heating and hot water failed twice, and the staff reacted very quickly. You can only unload your car in front of the house, then you have to park on a grassy area 700 meters away, which is hijacked by day tourists at peak times. Overall not recommended.

Location right on the lake with a small beach and a few minutes walk to the picturesque center of Orta! Top!! Balconies and terraces on 3 sides of the apartment are great for relaxing. Sun loungers on the terrace would not be a luxury, nor would the cushions on the beach. In general, the spacious apartment is very spartan and not very comfortable. In particular, the very dingy kitchen! Not a single kitchen towel, but dirty dishes were available.

Spacious apartment in a good, quiet location. Close to the center with a small private beach. Unfortunately, it wasn't very clean and the kitchen equipment was a bit sparse.

It was a really good sized apartment with an amazing view of the lake, with private access to lake side sun terrace and ladder steps down to lake should you wish to swim. It had basic amenities ie toaster, kettle etc whilst it was a bit dated and sofa bed was a bit grubby looking it was good value for money. The only negatives were that there was no full length mirror, iron/iron board and not enough towels for adults to last the length of stay. We were there for wedding.
