Beautiful place with a magnificent view of Lake Orta but this small rental next to the very beautiful villa requires improvements both in its general appearance and in its equipment. Residence full of charm and great comfort, only the welcome leaves something to be desired. Manager unfriendly and unpleasant surprise concerning a fairly high additional cost for heating not announced at the start.

The accommodation has a beautiful view of the lake and the town center is easily accessible on foot. Unfortunately, a few things were missing from the accommodation: umbrella, rag and kitchen material. It is best to bring your own if necessary.

Kitchen utensils were very sparse and dirty, greasy. Access to the small kitchenette was broken and was not repaired.

The friendliness of the staff and the location with access to the lake are great. The very small apartment is getting a bit old and should only be booked by undemanding guests. The pictures do not correspond to the actual situation and the kitchen equipment is also very minimalist. With this knowledge because of the location for individualists still recommended
