The holiday home is good value for money. There is just not enough crockery and cutlery. But the dishwasher is fine, you just have to turn it on after every meal. There is a washing machine and it washes really well. The pool is also very well looked after with cleaning and daily water tests. The house is just a little "leaky" and we noticed that when there was a very heavy storm one evening. We would go back there again and again! Grazie

There were a lot of technical problems: In the first week, the water supply in the house failed twice. Then the sewage did not drain. We should therefore use the bathroom in the adjoining apartment. Then we should move to the outbuilding. There it was dripping from the ceiling in the bathroom when the tenants were showering over us. I got an electric shock while cleaning the hob. Speaking of cleaning: when we arrived we found cobwebs in the closet and in the kitchen cupboards. I could go on and on!

The house is well furnished on the ground floor. The bedrooms and bathroom are spacious. The living room/kitchen is on the small side for six people. Outside is an opportunity to sit and eat. Third bedroom is in the loft in the ridge of the house, which cannot be ventilated and is only equipped with a fan. It stays too hot there to sleep well. Swimming pool is well maintained. Facilities are also excellent. Beautiful and interesting sights in the area.

We assume that if you choose a holiday home as an open companion, you must have a minimum of tolerance to insects. But having heaps of termites and wood on your pillow and hair every night, it seems too much, to be literally invaded by flies enough to want to have a ponytail to sweep them away, too. Pool water constantly frozen at the right point to take away the fantasy of using it. Gentle and silent countryside landscape. Not worth my 1300 euros

At the end of the season, the apartment is already a bit neglected: - a jumble of various services, - pots with broken ears, a small selection, - no kettle, - broken toilet seat, - no gravity ventilation, - dummy cooker hood - roof structure - attacked by ants, it spills in many places, - replacement of bed linen, towels not complete - holes with mosquito, etc, etc, but you do not go to Italy to sit in the apartment. Great area, swimming pool for children, generally OK
