Good location, just the right size, with garden and comfortable

Clean holiday apartment, suitable for 2-4 people. Good value for money. Mattresses could be replaced, they are worn out. As it was very cold in September this year, we were pretty cold. Unfortunately, there was only one warm blanket in the house. The garden is separated by a hedge, unfortunately there is no fence in parts, so it is not dog-safe. Only Italian TV programs, which was not a problem for us.

cozy house, large outdoor area, pleasant and quiet residential complex there are mosquitoes and the mosquito net is only in the master bedroom the room with the sofa bed is reduced to a minimum by opening the sofa and there are no compartments for clothes the plumbing has different flaws: the pipes of the bidet, the kitchen sink and the washing machine are leaking water; even the upstairs toilet flush sometimes gets enchanted and leaks water owners helpful and courteous a little expensive

All in all, the apartment was fine for us as a couple and our dog. Furnishings are basic and a bit thrown together, but that's common in Principina for vacation rentals/houses in this price range. Garden and terrace were pleasantly quiet in the pre-season but unfortunately not dog-safe, as there was only a hedge and no fence. There are deductions for the bad smelling refrigerator and the clog-prone 2nd toilet. Landlords were nice on arrival and departure
