For shared use: property 400 m2 (fenced) with courtyard, swimming pool (6 x 3 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep.). Garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: hydro massage bath (extra). Roof terrace, washing machine (for shared use). 3.4 km long motor access (mountain road). Stepped path (23 steps) to the house. Parking at the house. The location and accommodation overall is absolutely great, the landlords are super nice and always helpful (in Italian or English), the furnishings are very simple, WiFi only available to a limited extent, no German television programs.

The apartment has stunning views and is well equipped. The landlord is friendly, open and happy to answer any questions. Within a radius of 5 km you will find everything you need. Shops, restaurants, beaches and the ferry for trips across Lake Como.

Nice little apartment with very nice and helpful host. The kitchen is somewhat spartan, but the beautiful view, the pool and the beautiful sun terrace are real highlights. However, you have to walk about 150m to the parking lot.

We had a nice stay with our four year old daughter! The Appartement is cosy and clean - the view trendemous! Perfect Location to enjoy the beauty of Lake Como! The hosts are very friendly and surprised us with gifts like tiramisu, cake and ice-cream. We still miss the Quietness, the stunning view and the cute dog Apollo! Unfortunately it is not perfect for family with babies, so we will definitely come back, but can not do so before our second daughter is born and can walk steep stairs alone

Our holidays at this place were truly amazing. The view and the surrounding is stunning. The hosts ... were the best hosts you could possibly imagine. We will for sure come back one day!

We felt absolutely comfortable in the apartment. The apartment is very clean and well equipped. The owners have lovingly renovated and furnished the entire house to a high standard. The apartment is on two floors. In the lower area is the living/dining area with a kitchenette. A sofa bed and a dining table with 4 chairs. A wooden staircase leads to the bedroom with an adjoining bathroom. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and bidet. A wall hair dryer is also available. Everything is well maintained and clean. The bedroom has a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. Everything is in great condition. The roof terrace is absolutely fantastic, on which we relaxed in the evenings after excursions and marches. A fantastic view of Lake Como :-)) The landlord couple is very courteous and helpful with questions and tips. Definitely a recommendable place to stay in a gorgeous landscape.

We were greeted by a very friendly, hospitable landlord couple, along with a super sweet little dog...! The apartment in a 300 year old house is basically a high room with a false ceiling (downstairs kitchen with sofa bed, upper floor where bedroom and bathroom are, all relatively new and in the best condition. The view from the terrace on the lake, the you can use it generously is just fantastic, especially in the evening with a perfect sunset.The apartment is best suited for 2-3 people, for 4 people it gets really tight.The best place to go for swimming is the small beach "Riva di Gittana" with a quiet, family flair and a chilled bar.For shopping you go to Bellano.We enjoyed the time very much, absolutely recommendable.
