Contact very friendly and accommodating/helpful House very well equipped, homely atmosphere due to countless exhibits, plenty of space for numerous people, view of the sea Disadvantages: Access difficult and sometimes not without danger, at night with the window open, disturbing motorway traffic, dangerous: low parapet height on the balcony (e.g. for children and dogs who like to jump), weak internet and with frequent outages, parking not necessarily secured

First of all, we had an excellent welcome from Monica, superb communication, we thank you again for everything Mr. This house is typically decorated with taste and is also very functional. The small terrace on the 3rd floor is just magical, what a beautiful discovery. This house is located only 5 minutes by car from the splendid village of Imperia. The place is very quiet. I really recommend this beautiful discovery, not to be missed!!!!!

We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful house. It's up in the hills on a very steep and narrow road, so a smaller car is ideal. We walked a lot - it's around a 40 minute pleasant walk to Porto Maurizio down Strada Vicinale Costa Murata and Via Armanna Superiore. The house is well equipped, has a fabulous terrace with views of the town and sea, plenty of pots and pans for using the incredible local produce to cook. Only missing a kettle but a pan worked instead.

The lovingly restored oil mill offers plenty of space for a comfortable holiday over three floors. From the roof terrace you also have a great view of Imperia. For this you are happy to accept the somewhat adventurous drive up the narrow, winding streets. The facilities leave nothing to be desired. However, you should know that one of the four bedrooms we needed was also a living room. Nevertheless: Absolutely recommended!

The house is very nice. Great view. Very quiet. Well equipped house. Everything very clean. Linen and towels very good. Mattresses should be exchanged/ renewed. Showers on the ground floor as well. Caregiver ... is very nice and reliable.

The three-story house feels a bit like a local history museum: diverse and often original decor everywhere, mysterious, slightly dusty, maybe a little scary for some, many small quite cozy retreats for many people. The stairs to the 1st floor have very high steps and are certainly not for everyone. The mattresses are a disaster!!! The roof terrace is an absolute hit!!! The Autobahn can be heard more or less depending on the wind - but constantly.

The house was as described in the ad. Fantastic roof terrace! A sun lounger or two would be nice and be prepared for mosquitoes. Unfortunately no WiFi, but would still come back anytime. Very nice contact with the landlady. Neighbors great too! Gladly again, thank you M.❤️
