The apartment was clean and the furnishings were up to standard. What might not be bad would be air conditioning. It was very hot in the apartment. The owners were very friendly.

Very nice location above the lake. 2 pizzerias, 1 small supermarket and 2 bars in the immediate vicinity. Central, good for excursions that can also be made with the passenger ferries (200m to the pier). Very friendly landlady. Equipment of the apartment good and functional.

Beautiful frontline guesthouse with a view of the lake! Very friendly landlord! Very clean! Everything for cooking. Shops, restaurants, bars... all within 300m. Everything worked out... at Interchalet ALWAYS... Thank you!!! I've often been on holiday through the provider (Italy, France, Croatia...) Only note... air conditioning would be badly needed. Oh... and wifi only worked in one room. Thank you for the nice week!

Beautiful resort, all apartments overlooking the lake. Short steep stretch of road to the apartments. Fully equipped. Supermarket and pizzeria only 200m away. Bread service in the morning. We will be back :-)

Simply furnished. Completely adequate with a great view of the lake. A bit away from the hustle and bustle but food and drink everything within walking distance. So for me just right. Thank you Casa Maria.

Simply furnished apartment, clean and with everything you need. Bus stop and pier in front of the door. Balcony with a wonderful view of the lake, bedroom to the rear (quiet). Small hikes can be started directly from the apartment.

A very nice accommodation with a great view of Lake Garda! Bicycles are recommended for the beautiful paths on the east bank.

Everything you need is there. Only the bathroom and the mattresses could use some updating. The mega view of Lake Garda makes up for everything. Very very nice!

We were there for the 4th time... the complex is located about 50 m from the lake just above the main road, in the two-bedroom apartment the bedrooms are at the back, so quiet. Great view of Lake Garda! Kitchen functionally furnished, bathroom in order! Small supermarket about 200 m away where you can get everything!

Overall, Casa Maria was great. To complain about is the service on site. The toilet was broken, the flush didn't work. We reported it immediately. The answer was "someone can't come until the next day, since it's Sunday now." When asked what we should do now, there was a shrug of the shoulders. In order to be able to use the toilet we had to pour water with a bucket. Neither an exchange of apartments (several were free), nor the use of another toilet was possible.

Modern, well and tastefully furnished apartment. The air conditioning in the bedroom and living room was unfortunately not working when asked. "Drain smell" in the bathroom.

Great view from the balcony, nice service, furniture a bit outdated and kitchen hardly equipped. Only blankets and sheets as bedding.

The view compensates for a few shortcomings, such as cheap technical equipment in the kitchen or defective shower heads. But good beds and parking lot under sun protection. Have been here for the second time and will always go here. Perfect as a starting point for excursions. Best location on the lake, friendly landlord.

Despite booking in November, we did not get our desired apartment, but the other apartment was also clean and sufficient. Only the balcony was a bit small. We again had a breathtaking view of our favorite lake. Like last year, the hosts were very accommodating and super friendly and helpful. We would love to come a third time :-)

We (4 friends in their 50s) were motorcycling in Brenzone for a week and had booked 2 apartments. The booking was absolutely problem-free and very easy. The apartments were as described and adequately equipped. Nearby (about 150m) were a very good pizzeria and a supermarket (Conad). Our apartments all had a lake view and the balcony was big enough. All in all it was a great week

We were completely satisfied.

limited equipment (no washing machine, no microwave and no oven) even the cutlery is calculated as accurately as possible (3 forks). Reception only in German. No flyers in Italian or English.
