Casa Julia is a beautiful property located in Callao Salvaje and is within walking distance to shops and restaurants and a lovely sandy beach so a car would not be essential. Although for those who enjoy exploring renting a car would be a great way to see what Tenerife has to offer. Outside offers the perfect space to enjoy the glistening swimming pool whilst basking in the all year round glorious sunshine. There is also swimming pool heating during the winter months to ensure plenty of use of the pool all year round. Here you can simply relax by the pool with your favourite book whilst the children spend hours of fun keeping cool splashing in the swimming pool. For those who enjoy al fresco dining there is an upper terrace offering an open dining area and outdoor living sofa to enjoy plenty of barbecues and late night tipples. For added entertainment there is also the bonus of a ping pong table where family friendly tournaments can take place. Inside the villa offers modern furnishings and has been tastefully decorated throughout with bright and neutral interior. There is a large, fully equipped kitchen offering plenty of space to cook up a storm for all of the family, leading off this room is an open plan living area and dining room. The large internet television offers plenty of English speaking channels, perfect for those chilled evenings spent inside the villa. On this level you will also find a large bedroom with a young family in mind or teenagers who would like to share. Here there are two twin beds, a king size bed with a comfortable sofa and television and an ensuite bathroom. On the second floor there is a further three bedrooms, two king and one twin making this villa a fabulous choice for a large family or a group of friends.The separate bathroom oozes comfort offering a beautiful roll top bathtub to enjoy soaking after a day spent in the sun.
