Good location with walking distance to the beach, shopping and restaurants, comfortable beds, wonderful pool. The kitchen somewhat poorly equipped in the form of wine glasses and knives. Wi-Fi and AC are missing.

Very adequate facilities and equipment to ensure a pleasant stay. The lower part is a bit hot for not having bars, forcing us to keep the room closed. I would need air conditioning or install bars for the security of the windows. The condition of the pool was great and the cleaning of the house in general when we arrived was impeccable. To recommend the house.

The house has enchanted us. Very well equipped. A bit hot downstairs, but they provided fans (fast and efficient management). Maybe the mattress in the downstairs room a bit uncomfortable. Very clean swimming pool. Highly recommended.

Spacious relaxing place and close to everything. The only downside is that the area below is very hot, air conditioning would be necessary

As soon as we arrived we found the pool all surrounded by bird shit (as if nobody had cleaned it in months) and a dead cockroach in the living room. We had an infestation of cucurachas during our ENTIRE stay, some of a size never seen before. The pool had chlorine levels that were unbearable for humans to the point of losing several white garments due to turning yellow. We did not talk about the barbecue because it was impractical and it was broken.

Great house with small defects. For example the dishwasher was broken, but was immediately replaced with a new one the next day. Partly old furniture. Unfortunately, access to the lower residential unit / apartment is only possible from the outside. Great pool and pool service, clean house. Relatively centrally located. Shops can be reached on foot in 5 minutes, beach in 15 minutes on foot.

The house is great, the bedrooms and bathrooms are renovated as well as the ground floor which is like a studio. The dining area overlooking the Peñon de Ifach is great. Overall a 10.

We were satisfied. What bothered us a little was that the beds could be dusted, it was a little disgusting to grab the frame and afterwards you were full of dust. Otherwise on arrival we were welcomed by a great staff.
