Private: natural state property 16'000 m2 (fenced) with lawn, swimming pool (10 x 5 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Shower/WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener roofed, parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Sandy beach "Es Trenc" 5 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

The house was clean and tidy, only the pans and especially the citrus press could not be used and should be replaced urgently!

We felt totally comfortable in this large finca from the start. The beds including duvets are very comfortable and pleasant. The bathrooms are great and were very clean. The kitchen has everything you need, but there is still room for improvement when it comes to cleanliness. The outdoor and pool area is well maintained and invites you to relax. Since we weren't there in the height of summer, the unheated pool was quite chilly. The distance to the main road is almost 3 km.

We were in the finca for the 4th time and it was very nice again, we will come back. There were a few small defects (hot water didn't work one evening, power outage, coffee machine not OK) everything was repaired or replaced IMMEDIATELY. The owner and the team on site arranged everything in an uncomplicated manner. Thanks again for that! The terrace by the pool and the fridge outside are great :-), parking space for the car in the shade is great and as I said, everything is great with lots of space!

We stayed in the finca with 4 couples. The illustrations correspond to reality, so we were by no means disappointed. Everything is neat and clean. The pool, a dream. Since we know the island, we deliberately chose this location. Fantastic beaches and bays are nearby (a car is a must). Our favorite beach bar "Bar Esperanza" 4 km away. Kudos to the owner and manager on site, both exceptionally friendly and helpful.

The house and system is in top condition and is very well equipped. The facility is highly recommended for friends as well as for families. Rental car is required.
