Excellent location but a bathroom completely outside the standards useful for normal use for daily hygiene because the dimensions of the toilet are very low and the kitchen stools are unsuitable with a table that is too wide. Window shutters are too old and hard to handle. Faulty television.

Positive points: - Very well located, 10 minutes walk from the train station, 5 minutes from shops, restaurants, casino, beach... - Quick receipt of keys with additional information on accommodation. - Rooms in the apartment clean, very good lighting (4 windows) - Quiet alley Negative points: - Badly washed dishes (oily with stains) stains under the microwave and wooden board, bathroom. - Rusty iron mould, scribbled pots: to be changed. - Light insulation.
