The house is situated in a charming Italian alleyway where several balconies overlook each other—a lovely experience. Just walk out of the alley, cross the main street, and you're at the lake! The house has two floors. Downstairs is the kitchen, a bedroom with a sofa bed, TV, and a small but complete bathroom. Upstairs are two bedrooms, another small complete bathroom, and a balcony. The beds were made upon arrival. The house is simply furnished but looks neat and well-maintained.

Well located house with basic equipment and furniture. Floor was not very clean at arrival and the neighbours dog is barking all the time - this is annoying in the evening and morning. The rest of the accomodation is rated very good.
