Property Description

Located in the pretty hamlet of Llidiad Nenog, on the edge of the beautiful Brechfa Forest. A wonderful area for walking with breath taking views. The cottage is surrounded by fields, yet it is well placed for visits to Cenarth Falls, Llandysul and the market town of Carmarthen. The Ceredigion coast is well worth the drive, taking you to the delights of Aberporth with sandy beaches and boat trips offering some dolphin spotting, and colourful Aberaeron with a range of independent shops and restaurants. Great cycling opportunities for the more active and a great venue for those looking to enjoy a bit of relaxation too. (Please check admittance for the various attractions). Enter the large welcoming room, which has a tiled floor, perfect for leaving your boots and bikes. There is also a separate WC at the end of this room with a utility area with washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer. Head up two steps into the fabulous open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. This spacious room is light and airy and benefits from a double height ceiling with exposed A frame beams, adding charm and character. The lounge area has a warming wood burner, comfortable sofa and chairs and a Smart TV/DVD, with a good selection of films and board games provided to keep everyone entertained. There is a dining table for everyone to enjoy a hearty meal together and the kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven and gas hob, dishwasher, fridge with ice compartment and microwave. There is a breakfast bar where you can plan your day s adventures whilst enjoying your morning coffee. Head up three more steps from the lounge to the inner hallway, leading to the sleeping accommodation. The master bedroom has a super king size zip and link bed (which can be made up as a twin on request) and a contemporary en suite shower room and WC. There is also a double bedroom that benefits from an en suite bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC, making this suitable for families and couples alike. Outside there is a delightful enclosed garden, with patio, garden furniture and charcoal BBQ, all looking out towards forest and fields. There is also off road parking for two cars.
