You'll get to enjoy a resident-only sauna, the resident lounge with a pool table, a well-equipped gym and two pools – an indoor one and the beauty on the rooftop terrace. The interior is similar to its siblings, which means you won't be staying in someone's home, but a modern aparthotel that's been designed with a keen eye for details and state-of-of-the-art appliances. We particularly enjoyed the light design and the b&w photo prints.

* As the master bedroom is exterior-facing, some street noise can be heard from the outside
* Although the metro will get you to Eixample quickly, Sarrià isn't super central
* Pets are allowed – those with allergies get in touch if you have any concerns
* The only parking in the area is public, and therefore payable
* You can ask the host to add another bed in the study if you have unexpected guests, making this a four-bedroom arrangement, but this home is usually a three-bedroom stay
