A well-located, secure apartment with parking. However, the apartment would need updating; parts of the shutter box are falling off, the bathroom lighting is insufficient, the pots and pans need to be updated, the microwave is broken, and the bay window lacks curtains. The large terrace and air conditioning are nice and a real plus, but they don't fully justify the price. It's worth noting the excellent welcome from the agency and the quick assistance provided.

The location of this apartment is ideal. Very easy to access. However, I was bothered by the very strong musty smell, which did not disappear despite the continuous ventilation of the apartment. It's a shame. The apartment is dilapidated….

The rental matched the advert. However, the general cleanliness needs to be reviewed.

Very nice duplex apartment, clean, superb terrace with a view on three sides and a great view of the sea, ideal for aperitif and sunbathing. More fashionable layout but comfort. A bedroom with a double bed (good). a bedroom with bunk beds (not very comfortable. Large storage space. Clean and secure building like the private car park.

Pleasant stay, no particular remarks except to note the absence of an electric kettle and the steepness of the stairs inside the accommodation. Pleasant welcome, good listening.
