Located just across the Sa Pobla-Pollensa road from the Golf club at Pollensa Golf, Ca'n Gardo is a great little villa for couples, especially those who like "a good walk spoiled"! It's also just a short drive away from the town of Pollensa where there are many shops, restaurants and bars as well as a farmer's market every Sunday morning in the main square. The newly built swimming pool is set to the rear of the house surrounded by decking and newly sown lawn. A shaded dining terrace overlooks the pool and leads into the lounge diner, open plan to a modern kitchen. The double bedroom has a modern en-suite shower room.
