The place is very well situated. Close to Cortona, Perugia, Siena, Assisi. Border of Umbria and Tuscany. The proximity of the lake means that even in July it was not hot. We did not use the air conditioning. Even though the house is max 6 people, 6 people would be cramped. You have to take a bigger house. They're at the campground. 4 people can easily fit. Bathroom small but clean. Crockery "butt". There is a shop and a pizzeria on the campsite. In 2020, a lot of free sunbeds. Animations for children during the day and in the evenings.

The kitchen in the mobile home was very poorly equipped. The "tennis court" is too small and is also used as a kick and basketball field. An employee constantly drove his scooter over the plant.
