The apartment is located on a super beautiful bay and the view from the balcony and the location is fantastic. Unfortunately we were very disappointed with the apartment itself. Everything is totally outdated and it wasn't really clean either. Some of the outdoor furniture was broken. In the living room, the shutters ripped on the 3rd day when we pulled them up because they were constantly hanging down when we pulled them down. Fascit if you would fix up the apartment a bit, I would also recommend it to Top Lag

The house is great in terms of location and orientation. Wonderful terrace and good ventilation, unfortunately we will not return because comfort is very high, the well-being of the client is not one of its strengths. Dirty mattresses in ... a room Very old bedding and furniture. Low electrical contracting. We notified interhome of what ... and they brought us two extra beds, we closed the room, but during our stay they did not come to disinfect.

Large clean and bright apartment with undoubtedly the most beautiful view of the whole residence on the bay ... but: The terrace poses a problem ..., with its view falling on the cliff and with some missing or unsoldered bars, a child not easily pass through. General electricity is ... undersized. The parking space is not secure, because, like everything that makes up this accommodation, everything is only tinkering. The list of failures is huge.

Apartment very well located but unfortunately not well maintained and briefly furnished. Pity. Note: no oven, not many utensils and not recommended for the elderly or disabled because there are many stairs. Otherwise pleasant stay and a terrace with a breathtaking view.

We had a wonderful stay, spacious apartment, very sunny terrace, with a view of the cove which is just below. Just a small downside, the Wifi doesn't always work very well, but that's just a detail.

The cleaning of the apartment can be greatly improved. We found cobwebs with spiders, splashed dining room lamp, bedding not entirely clean. A coat of paint would do. In the kitchen you could provide kitchen cloth and toilet paper, they only left 1 roll for a 5-day reservation. We had problems with the wifi connection. On the other hand, the terrace is spectacular, the views are beautiful. The location is perfect to be close to the beach in a relaxed and restful atmosphere.

The apartment is in a great location. Otherwise, the apartment has not been renovated for decades and has not been cleaned for a long time. We felt uncomfortable due to the lack of cleanliness. The seat cushions were spilled all over the place. The duvets were dirty, we sat on our towels because the upholstery was full of stains. The dining room lamp was stained with brown. So we were glad that we only booked 3 days.

Pro: Wonderful view of the beach and sea from the very large terrace. Located directly above the beach and on the great riverside path between Llanca and El Port de la Selva (Camino de Ronda). Very quiet in October. WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS. Neutral: The apartment can only be reached from the parking lot via around 35 uneven steps, some of which are of different heights. There are around 95 similar steps down to the beach. This is not an issue for younger guests and for sporty older people (like us, 70+). Guests who (for whatever reason) are not "easy to walk" should rather fall back on apartments that are more easily accessible. Negative: The furniture is largely complete, but the condition (walls, doors, lamps, furniture) is poor (large kitchen appliances ok). Ancient furniture, no good mattresses. Cleanliness could be improved. Is probably purely a return property, in which a complete renovation is urgently required.
