Beautifully renovated, the property is ideally situated centrally for many attractions. Cenarth is 11 miles away with its beautiful Falls, Mill and National Coracle Museum. Newcastle Emlyn is 10 miles away with shops and restaurants and Llandysul is 4 miles. The River Teifi is a popular fishing river and there are various walks in the local area, or why not visit the Teifi Valley Railway in Henllan on the border of Carmarthenshire and Ceredigion. There is plenty of countryside and local walks to explore from your doorstep but, if you fancy a day at the seaside, head for the beautiful Cardigan Bay coast. Aberporth beach, split into two sections with half being dog friendly all year round, can be reached in 15 miles. Or head to the ever popular New Quay for a day out and enjoy some fish and chips, you may even spot a dolphins or two in the bay. Aberaeron is a 30 minute drive, lined with colourful painted houses, brows in the independent shops, cafes and restaurants and stroll around the harbour and enjoy a famous honey ice cream. As you enter through the front door you arrive in the homely lounge area with TV and wood burner (logs provided). Follow through the lounge to the light and airy kitchen/diner, the heart of the home and cook up a feast. The patio doors lead outside where there are far reaching countryside views, a perfect spot to relax and socialise after a busy day exploring the local attractions. The washing machine and tumble dryer are housed in the laundry room and there is a utility room perfect for storing your bicycles and all your walking gear. Head back to the lounge area, where you will find the staircase leading to the upstairs bedrooms with 2 double bedrooms and 1 further single bedroom. Just off the main landing you will find the family bathroom with bath and separate shower. Head outside and you will enjoy complete tranquillity, a large private patio area with outside furniture to sit and enjoy the far reaching countryside views and rolling hillside, a perfect spot to relax and enjoy a BBQ.
