Upon entering this traditional cottage guests are able leave their coats and boots in the handy boot room before making themselves at home in the lounge. In this attractive room comfortable sofas sit under the beamed ceiling next to the inglenook feature fireplace allowing guests to relax in front of the TV/DVD. The separate dining room overlooks the front garden of the cottage and leads through to the kitchen which has been finished in a country-style and is equipped with an electric oven and hob microwave fridge freezer dishwasher and washing machine. The bathroom with its shower over the bath and WC is also located on the ground floor whilst the three bedrooms can be found upstairs. Two of the cottage s bedrooms are light and airy double rooms whilst there is also a bunk bedroom that is perfect for children. Outside the property benefits from a spacious enclosed garden to the rear of the property where guests will find a patio area with garden furniture as well as a lawn which is ideal for both playing and relaxing. In addition to this there is a further garden to the front of the property. There is roadside parking for one car on the lane next to the cottage subject to availability. Please note that due to the thatched roof fires and BBQs are not allowed inside the property or in the garden.
