Overall the apartment is not bad, you can see that they have renovated the kitchen and improved the bathrooms somewhat, but the furniture in the apartment is quite old. The access door to the apartment has no security, you cannot turn the key in the lock, you can only pull the door and hope to God that they do not force the door or simply pass an x-ray between the frame and the door and open it. The interior latch of the door does not work. Old terrace furniture. The good thing is its location

Firstly the accommodation is in a prime location at Cabopino beach with easy access to the beach and restaurants. Lovely view from the balconies within the apartment. very clean and tidy. Met on arrival and departure which was lovely. Only feedback is that one of the showers leaked into the lounge and was extremely small and there was no air con in the bedrooms, only the lounge and one of the power sockets didnt work in one of the rooms

THE APARTMENT WAS EVERYTHING THAT WE WANTED.GREAT VIEWS BATHROOMS AND BEDROOMS WERE VERY GOOD TWO ONSUITS AND CLEAN

The apartment is very well located, facing the port and the beach is 50 meters away, the view is exceptional, 3 refurbished bathrooms, 3 quite dated bedrooms On the other hand the kitchen is extremely small and the furniture and appliances date from years 70 a bit of a shame in such a beautiful apartment.
