Toilet seat badly stained.. Television could only be tuned into one station, no mention of poor reception in advert. Left clothing behind which was not returned.

The cottage is in a great location, close enough to walk into Abersoch or short car journey to other beaches.. The cottage has wonderful views over fields which had cows in them at the time of our visit. There is a lovely lawn to the front of the property which is great for children to play & yard to rear with washing line which came in very handy! The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need & the supply of bin bags, washing tabs, hand wash etc was appreciated. The only criticism I would make was that the bedroom furniture was falling to pieces, and some outside comfy garden furniture would be good.

This is a very welcoming and homely cottage, providing comfort and all the facilities, very thoughtfully planned.. It is a beautiful, peaceful location. There is so much to enjoy in the countryside and beaches near by.

Good value for money.. Really nice little cottage. Good located, well equipped with lovely sunrises in the morning. Could do with a new mattress on the bunks, some new chopping boards in the kitchen

We had a fantastic time in Abersoch using the cottage as a base for lots of walking.. The cottage had a very cosy homely feeling about it and we would stay there again in a heartbeat. The only negative about the cottage is that it would be nice to have a small welcome package I.e coffee, tea, milk, or something along those lines.

This property is super ckean in a beutiful location.. 20 mins walk into Abersoch down a hill please note no footpath for majority of decent which may put some off but views on walk splendid. Easy reach of beaches in both direction hells mouth being our favourite.

Rented this property via Sykes cottages. Not at all clean. Cobwebs and spiders in every room. Worst of all cobwebs in the kitchen. There were stains on the floor in the bedroom were our 6 and 4 yrs old slept. At the age children have a tendency to play on the floor. Unfortunately it was very difficult to let them as there was dust, dirt and dead insects on the floors. There was stains on all the soft furnishings the lounge area. The sofas had seen better days for sure. There was a horrible visible stain at the back of the radiator in the dining area. The place looked like it hadn't been cleaned for a number of weeks. Plus the house could do with a fresh lick of paint. Also the external dustbin seemed to be a shared bin with other properties and was overflowing with rubbish bags from the day we arrived and until we left. Which is not ideal at all for a self catering property.

My partner and I stayed here for 3 nights over a weekend The accommodation was very clean and tidy and had all kitchen equipment that was required including high chair/microwave/dishwasher There is back yard with a small BBQ and a small front garden looking onto a field with table and chairs The garden is kept tidy The cottage is about 5 minutes drive from Abersoch Town centre and has parking for 1 car The walk however from the Town is up a hill all the way and can take about 1--15 minutes so not for people with mobility or health issues The TV in the lounge is very small and there is a DVD player

This cottage is in lovely countryside surroundings having a field to the rear where you can often see cows or sheep grazing. The inside of the cottage was kept to a very high standard and quite spacious. We found we had everything we needed and often enjoyed sitting outside in the garden to have a sunbathe and relax. The owners were very helpful with comprehensive directions to reach the cottage. We also enjoyed the walk into Abersoch which doesn't take too long from the cottage. We really enjoyed our stay here.

We stayed in this cottage in abersoch and found it to be very nice and welcoming with a lovely view of fields to the back. The cottage was clean and comfortable and quite spacious. We found that the kitchen had everything we needed and the location of the cottage was about 10/15 minutes walk from the abersoch village. We really enjoyed our stay here and hope to return sometime in the future!

The accommodation was better than it looked on the internet. The location was fab, under a mile to the park, shops, village beach. The garden was lovely. We thought it was great that the owner popped in to see us and make sure we were happy with everything.

Excellent cottage with everything you need when you have a toddler in tow. Personally I thought the walk back from town a little steep and quite far and the location was very windy (being on top of a hill). If you have good calf muscles and want to stay in a beautiful, well equipped and well thought through cottage then this is definitely the right place.

Everything was of very good quality and we thoroughly enjoyed our week. The only criticism we had was that we had to pull the double away from the window in order to access it from both sides! Apart from that tiny niggle it was perfect.
