Within easy reach of St Andrews and the cities of Edinburgh Stirling and Perth with their excellent leisure and shopping facilities making this all a fantastic base for your holiday. Entering the house into the lounge with its open fire and period features. There is a staircase which takes you to the lower ground floor where the kitchen is located as well as the bathroom which has a shower over the bath and WC. There is a further staircase in the lounge which takes you up to the first floor where you will find the bright double bedroom with feature stone wall. Regret no garden but the sea front is within walking distance. Ample roadside parking at the front of the house.
