Bryn Tirion is a lovely detached cottage situated in the village of Betws yn Rhos just 4.5 miles from Abergele in Conwy County. The cottage can sleep eight people in one king-size double with en-suite shower, one double room with en-suite and two twin bedrooms, together with family bathroom. Also in the cottage is a kitchen with dining area and sitting room with woodburner. Outside is off road parking for four cars and a private garden with patio, hot tub and furniture. Bryn Tirion is a delightful cottage for use as a base for touring this beautiful part of the country.

All ground floor. Four bedrooms: 1 x king-size double with en-suite shower, basin and WC, 1 x double with en-suite shower, basin and WC, 2 x twin. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Basin and WC. Kitchen with dining area. Utility. Sitting room with woodburner. External games room with pool table, basin and WC.

Area
Betws yn Rhos, is a peaceful Welsh village, with a local village shop and Post Office and friendly village pub, which offers quality dining, real ales, games room and dog-friendly beer garden. The Silver Birch golf course is a welcoming Pay and Play 18-hole course, which is also home to the first 18-hole Footgolf in Wales, suitable for all ages and skills.

Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

This bungalow is truly delightful.. It’s the first cottage ever that we immediately rebooked again for next year, even before we’d unpacked our bags on arrival! It ticks so many boxes. The views are breathtaking and the hot tub is amazing. The bungalow is clean and modern. The owners are lovely. Already looking forward to returning next year!

Amazing time had by all of us! hot tub was lovely as was the view! would definitely go back! maybe a new mattress in front double bedroom would be good! but that is the only little thing! otherwise brilliant! stunning home, lots of fun had in the family games room! enjoyed cooking in that fabulous kitchen! enjoyed sitting in the hot tub with a cheeky glass of wine and taking in the beautiful scenery! we all loved seeing the horses too!

This house is amazing. It ticks all the boxes the photos don’t do it justice it’s in a beautiful location with amazing views. Hot tub and pool table were great fun after a lovely day out in the amazing area. The house has every thing you could ever need and so comfy. If you don’t book you won’t know what you’ve missed

This house is awesome it has everything you could wish for the inside is comfy beautifully furnished and lovely comfy beds The hot tub is an added bonus and the games room is beyond expectations it’s so handy for so many lovely places to visit and the scenery is to die for.. Star gazing on a clear night is a must. We’ve been doing holiday houses for over forty years and this one certainly was our best ever If you decide to book this house you won’t be disappointed

Great holiday, Cottage excellent.. Hot tub an absolute pleasure with the unexpected good weather we had. What we were not expecting and not something that anything can be done about, but worth mentioning is the narrowness and overgrown state of the roads that made walking for us oldies a bit of a hazard, too busy concentrating on the potholes and listening for cars to really enjoy a stroll. Otherwise a lovely place.

We had a fantastic week the cottage was very spacious very clean and had every amenity you could needed.. The hot tub was amazing and the games room was an added bonus especially the pool table. we spent a lot of time in the hot tub as the weather was fantastic. A massive thank you to Sian & John.. Firstly they helped to push our friends car which was stuck in the snow. They where very friendly. Cottage was amazing! Spotlessly clean. This is one of the best places I have stayed in.. The location, views, house and hot tub were amazing. I would definitely like to return one day and would recommend it to anyone wanting a fabulous house to stay in. The games room and hot tub were lovely added extras for a great stay. We stayed over Christmas and had an amazing time. The Christmas tree and welcome hamper were a lovely touch. The owners were welcoming and on hand to deal with any problems - not that we had any. The only problem we have is to find a place as good as this to stay in next Christmas.

This cottage definitely exceeded our expectations.. Everything from the log fire, the hot tub, the bedrooms and the games room. The hosts had even gone to the extra effort of ensuring we had some milk in the fridge on the first day and provided a hamper with some tradiotional Welsh treats. You can't easily gage the size from the pictures but the whole place is very spacious but is still able to offer a homely feel. The location was great, we were able to visit quite a few places from there including Snowdonia national park. We were very lucky with the weather for the time of year we visited but there was plenty to do regardless of the rain. I would definitely recommend people to stay here.

What a wonderful cottage in a great area of Wales.. The cottage had everything we needed for 6 adulta nd two children, in a private and quiet loication. A thoroughly enjoyable week - highly recommended!

This cottage was situated in a beautiful part of North Wales.. The scenery was fantastic in and around snowdonia. The cottage was okay. The cleanliness of the property when we arrived wasn’t up to scratch, still other people’s food in the cupboards and fridge, a bit grimy. The hot tub was nice, just by the third day and only using it twice briefly it started to gather Brown gunk around the edges. It was difficult to contact the owner, details should of been left as the heating locked us out and left us cold. But the throws were great. And the bed left us sleepless as the bed creaks really loudly. We didn’t get a welcome pack. We didn’t get a log starter pack, we had to go out as soon as we arrived to get it. There was just no little touches. Not even a Christmas tree which we would’ve expected for that time of year. It was an okay stay. Wouldn’t book here again. Would like somewhere where we don’t have to clean as soon as we arrived.

Bryn Tirion has the WOW factor. It was absolutely amazing. The garden and hot tub was my girls favourite. We thoroughly enjoyed our family holiday, great location with lots to do. Greenwood forest park is a must if you have children and Chester zoo was roughly 45minutes drive away. It's the best zoo by far if you haven't been. I would recommend this to anyone, you really won't be disappointed.
